Responsibilities:工作职责:
1.Manage a highly-professional in-house AV/Technology Services operation in a 5-Star Hotel
在5星级酒店内负责提供高质量专业的AV技术服务
2.Develop Strong Customer Relationships to ensure business growth & loyalty through repeat business with clients
通过与客户的多次合作,与其建立良好的业务关系,以确保业务增长及其信任感。
3.Manage Profitable business based on financial management skills, exceeding monthly & annual sales/revenue targets and budgeted profit margin/net income
具备财务管理能力确保业务营利,超额完成每月/全年的业务目标及净利润目标。
4. Ensure Outstanding Customer Service is provided to the Hotel & to Hotel Clients
确保给酒店和酒店的客户提供突出的客户服务。
5. Manage & develop a staff comprised of Event Sales Personnel & Event Technicians-train & prepare staff for promotions and growth positions
负责由活动销售人员和活动技术人员组成的团队管理,包括员工培训,晋升和发展等。
6. Protect Company Assets, Equipment & Intellectual property from theft & damage
监管公司财产,设备和知识产权,免遭损害和偷盗。

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of event marketing or creative agency management experience in AV, IT, Technology & Presentation solutions & decor for events (Corporate/Business Meetings, Government, Catering Events, Retail etc)
五年以上相关工作经验,熟练掌握和运作活动会务整体流程,具备会议活动策划及执行经验,有金融、IT行业、政府、房地产活动策划和实施的成功案例者优先;
2. Experience & Passion working in the Hotel & Events Industry, working after hours & weekends as required by business levels and client expectations
对活动行业工作有热情和责任感,因业务需要可以在周末工作
3. Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent verbal & written communication skills
中英文流利 ,出色的口头表达和书面沟通能力。
4. Experience Managing a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results
5. 有良好的服务意识,有团队建立、工作协调及与客户沟通等能力;
6. Strong & Proven Business/Sales Management experience with an outgoing personality and a history of generating positive revenue growth & desired results
出色的业务销售经验,性格外向,积极主动。
7. Exceptional Planning, Organizational and Time Management skills
优异的策划,组织及时间管理能力
8. Exceptional Computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Event Sales/Management software (Delphi, Sales Force/CRM, CI/TY, Envision) CAD type experience a plus
熟练使用Microsoft office,活动销售/管理软件(Delphi, Sales Force/CRM, CI/TY, Envision)。可以使用CAD者优考虑。
9. Managing all aspects of Safety & Occupational Health requirements of the PRC for all employees on staff
确保团队安全和职业健康是符合法定要求的。
10.Business contacts & relationships in the Hotel/Hospitality/Events industry in China and/or Asia Pacific markets a plus
在亚太区/中国区,拥有酒店、接待及活动行业的业务关系者优先。
