1. Achieve or exceed the agreed goals of admission (theme park) and room night (3 hotels) from the key trade accounts (via both new product development and regular sales review). 2. Build up and maintain business relationship with travel trade (in assigned sales areas) and conduct periodic sales visits / product education to trade partners’ frontline sales. 3. Execute all agreed sales tactics and trade marketing programs (training and education included) for ensuring maximum efficiency on resources spent. 4. Prepare reports, updated account information, trade and competitors’ intelligence to Deputy Business Development Manager (Region).
1. At least 5-8 years of sales and account management experiences with exposures to hospitality industries; 2. Travel industry knowledge, good relationship and network with travel trade in respective Mainland area; 3. Workable in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
1. Day-to-day problems to be resolved involve indentifying market segment and developing products for specific wholesaler channels, deriving and executing appropriate marketing tactics to promote specific products. 2. High level of interpersonal skills is required to bridge internal parties and build sustainable relationship with external parties which will be pivotal to the fulfillment of stated KPI(s). 3. The decision-making scope includes but is not confined to evaluation of performance and qualification of wholesalers, allocation and utilization of co-op marketing budget, application of sales products in various distribution channels
Support the Business Development Manager (North Region) to achieve the stated KPI(s) including admission, room night, trade marketing activities as well as other related indicators. Take charge of channel sales/business development for HK Disney Land and room-nights. Key clients: OTA and travel agencies in Beijing, Shandong and Shanxi Province.
