1, Be responsible for accounting, taxation, auditing, business contact and implementation of Finance outsourcing department, office work flow, etc.;
2, Responsible for reviewing internal and external financial statements, annual reports and other financial, tax, statistical, industrial and commercial, customs, foreign exchange, financial and other reports;
3, responsible for organizing the implementation of fi***cial outsourcing sector staff recruitment, to meet the business needs of human resources within the department;
4, is responsible for organizing professional training staff, to conform to the rules and regulations of the company's requirements and improve the relevant skills;
5, the entry for departmental staff, left onboard, transfer procedures; month attendance management;
6, customers and internal staff responsible for addressing professional issues raised, and proficient in the latest national tax laws and regulations;
7, responsible for the implementation of performance evaluation within the department, establish and improve the incentive system of reward and punishment;
8, fully responsible for the administration department, coordination between all the departments of Administrative Services of the relationship;
9, the daily department office responsible for coordinating the solution of the problems existing in the order;
10, responsible for organizing the monthly assessment to establish update department documents, data, file management system;

13, Experience in a financial professional service organization is preferred.
1,30-45 years old, good appearance, college degree or above, with intermediate professional titles or CPA, CTA qualification, financial accounting, auditing, business management and other related professional, more than 3 years of financial and accounting management work experience, previous work in three years of stability;
2, Be proficient in financial professional knowledge, grasp the country's financial system and tax regulations, and be able to handle internal and external accounting, tax and consulting business independently;
3, with separate departments to manage, organization, motivation, ability to coordinate with various departments;
4, strong coordination, communication, language skills, with affinity and team spirit, good coordination and processing of employee relations at all levels;
5, has a good sense of service and response capability, with the capacity to resolve emergencies;
6, proactive work, hardship dedication, clarity, good character, strong sense of responsibility; can afford to work under pressure;
7, Skilled use of office office software and all kinds of financial software, such as UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP and so on.
